Yahoo News Armed officers descend on Blackpool as man arrested for possession of handgun
A man has been arrested in Blackpool for possession of what appeared to be a handgun.
Shortly before 9.30am today (Saturday, April 20), officers were called to Waterloo Road in Blackpool. Officers from Lancashire Constabulary, including armed officers, immediately attended the scene.
A 28-year-old man was located and arrested on suspicion of possession of a fireman. He remains in custody.
