He continues later in the song: “Break some rules, knock the wall, don’t be afraid to fail.

The music video is a walk down memory lane for Schwarzenegger fans, with vintage clips of him as a bodybuilding champion, as well as a young film actor with his hits like The Terminator yet to come.

Fans have taken to social media to discuss the actor’s rapping and vintage-inspired video.

One said: “For the record, I would listen to a whole rap album by Arnold Schwarzenegger if he made it.”

Another wrote: “Me dancing to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s new rap song... [gif]”

A third tweeter clearly approved: “ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER NEW RAP COOL. HEARD IT THIS MORNING.”

For one tweeter, it was all a bit too much: “Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Rap Song Is Too Pure For This World: Why am I crying in the club right now Although it was his godlike physique that initially launched him into fame and made him one of the biggest (figuratively and literally, the guy’s a tank).”

When he's not been rapping, Schwarzenegger recently tackled sexism in a Reddit Q&A, by saying that The Terminator series has a proud history of strong, female characters.

Schwarzenegger was on Reddit to promote the first trailer for Terminator: Dark Fate

Rather than ignoring a question about Hollywood “piggybacking off of classics by using a female lead,” the actor responded: “You know that Linda Hamilton is a leading woman in both Terminator 1 and 2, correct?”

Linda Hamilton is reprising her role as Sarah Connor in Terminator: Dark Fate.
