Arrests Made as NYPD Directs Protesters Away From Met Gala

Pro-Palestine protesters were stopped by police before reaching the Met Gala on Monday night, May 6, footage from the streets of Manhattan showed.

Footage recorded by @DataInput shows scores of police directing protesters who were marching on Madison Avenue.

The Met Gala was held on nearby 5th Avenue at the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art and was reportedly the target of the protesters.
