The CW, is lining up something special for Arrow's 150th episode – and there's also going to be a surprise guest appearance.

Episode 12 of season 7, titled 'Emerald Archer', will feature documentary footage as a fictional behind-the-scenes crew interviews Oliver Queen, Felicity Smoak and the rest of Team Arrow.

The camera crew will follow Oliver and his team around as they discuss their past and the importance of vigilantism – and the whole thing will be narrated by none other than Frasier Crane actor Kelsey Grammer.

The official synopsis for the episode reads: “As a camera crew follows Oliver and team around to talk about their past as vigilantes and what the Green Arrow means to Star City, Oliver must also deal with William’s return from boarding school as well as a new threat to the city.”

Last month, in the episode 'Unmasked', the identity of the new Green Arrow was revealed to be Emiko Queen (Sea Shimooka), who was Robert Queen's secret daughter and Oliver's half-sister.

The reveal was teased from the beginning of the episode, showing Emiko working out before throwing on the Green Arrow costume.

While we were unaware of her identity, the big reveal came when she visited Robert's grave and referred to him as her father.

Arrow season 7 airs on The CW in the US. The series airs on Sky One and NOW TV in the UK.
