Atmospheric River Brings Yet More Rain to California

The latest of several atmospheric rivers to hit California was bringing “periods of heavy rain, mountain snow, and strong winds” across much of the state into Tuesday, February 20, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

This enhanced satellite imagery from NOAA Satellites shows the storm system that has seen some 37 million people under flood alerts, according to local media.
