Authorities Warn of Hazardous Travel Conditions as Snow Blankets Eastern Wisconsin

The National Weather Service (NWS) warned of snow-covered and slippery roads early on Monday, March 13, after several inches of snow fell on eastern Wisconsin overnight.

Video by local resident Tony Greene shows conditions in Green Bay at around 9:15 pm on Sunday.
