BBC News reporters Clive Myrie and Lyse Doucet have been praised by viewers as "the best duo ever" after returning to report from a Kyiv rooftop one year on from the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
On Thursday night's news bulletin, the colleagues were back on a familiar rooftop where they had reported from at the start of the war, summing up the events of the last year and what they expected to see next.
Viewers were moved by their report, which focussed on the toll on the Ukrainian people, and offered their thanks for an insight into the conflict.
One viewer simply tweeted: "The best duo ever."

Many noted how poignant it was to see the pair back on the same Kyiv rooftop - where Myrie had appeared to shed a tear during their report a year ago, and where they had had to change into flak jackets during one report.
One viewer tweeted: "Superb (Ukraine) coverage on the BBC News. @CliveMyrieBBC intro beautifully presented and a powerful piece of reporting. @bbclysedoucet & @CliveMyrieBBC roof top discussion of events a year ago gripping - took me straight back to that day. And here you are still - thank you both."
BBC News viewers also thanked Myrie and Doucet for their regular insights into life in Ukraine.
