Giovanni Pernice has been supported by his fans after he confirmed he'll be taking a 'little break'. The Strictly Come Dancing star is currently busy touring the country in his own headline show which began earlier this year while fans await for news if he'll be back on the show this year.

Giovanni, who has appeared on Strictly since 2015 and won in 2021 alongside actress Rose Ayling-Ellis, kicked off his Let Me Entertain You tour in Hayes at the Beck Theatre in mid-January before he began travelling up and down the country.

The tour is set to continue until the end of April when it will close on April 30 at New Victoria Theatre in Woking before he heads out on the road again in June with his latest two-man show alongside Strictly judges and friend Anton Du Beke.

However, while his future on Strictly is still up in the air with the BBC yet to confirm its professional line-up for 2024, Giovanni has already confirmed he will be taking some time out next year after heading out on tour once more.

Sharing the news on Instagram, the 33-year-old shared a poster for 'Giovanni - The Last Dance' which will kick off on January 20, 2025, again in Hayes at the Beck Theatre before ending on May 4, 2025, at none other than the London Palladium.

"I have had a wonderful time this year on my solo tour and already looking forward to even bigger and better next year!" Giovanni started his post on Instagram.

He continued to his 1.1 million followers: "After performing in front of over half a million people for seven years in row, I plan to take a little break after next year’s tour, so book your tickets in advance for ‘GIOVANNI - THE LAST DANCE’ now at"

And it didn't take his fans and followers long to respond with their support but also hopes he won't stay away from touring for too long. @pollyjbird said: "No-one deserves a break more than you do. Just don’t stay away too long." @magicroundabout57 wrote: "You give so much, it’s time to take some well deserved time out for you!"
