Yahoo News BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara says she 'can't get over' sweet baby moment with show judge
Janette Manrara has said she 'can't get over' a number of sweet moments between her daughter and one of Strictly Come Dancing's very own judges after they spent some of their personal time together over the weekend.
While Janette is a former professional dancer on the BBC One show, she now works as the co-host of the Strictly spin-off It Takes Two and has hosted a number of the show's huge live arena tours where a number of the show's dancers and celebrities from each series hit the road and bring elements of the show to audiences across the country.
But over the weekend, Janette and Craig Revel Horwood were among those celebrating at Sara Davies' 40th birthday bash. The Dragon's Den star was joined by a few familiar faces as she hosted a festival-themed party to mark her special milestone birthday.

Janette has become close pals with Sara after she partnered with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec in the 2021 series of Strictly and so the pair headed to celebrate their friend with their daughter, Lyra Rose, with Strictky and Great British Bake Off's John Waite and presenters Gethin Jones and Helen Skelton also in attendance.
Sharing a sweet picture of the birthday girl with her husband Simon and Lyra, Janette said on Instagram: "Had THE best time celebrating @saradaviescc 40th birthday yesterday, but today is a certain little woman’s 9 month birthday…. Lyra [Rose].
"Spent the morning full of cuddles and fun in the Davies household after an AMAZING night! Thank you for having us and for all the fun w/ Lyra today! We cannot wait for the next reunion! And to our wonderful little lady, mami and ati love you so much! Happy 9 months of a beautiful life with/ you. P.S. That’s blue glitter make-up on Sara’s face from the party! Haha! Sign of a great night."
But while there appeared to be many highlights to the fabulous event, Janette couldn't help but comment on her nine-month-old daughter's bond with Strictly's toughest judge Craig.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Janette shared a video of Craig with Lyra on his lap as they watched some children's TV with the dancing star singing and moving along. "I cannot get over how cute these two were this weekend," Janette said.
The mum-of-one, 40, then later shared a video in which she spoke to the camera about the celebrations, saying: "We went to celebrate Sara's 40th birthday at her birthday festival and oh my God what an amazing night. There was so much love for her there and truly, truly deserving. She's one of the most incredible women that I know, so kind and caring but smart and just yeah, I'm really inspired by her and who she is and what she's about.
"So was really grateful that we got to spend the weekend with her and it was Lyra's first ever festive. I mean, she looked so epic. She wor matching sunglasses with Craig! That wasn't even planned and the most beautiful part of it was the two of them, they became like besties over the weekend. She loved him and he loved her. It was so cute!"
