BBC Question Time coming to Coventry as Fiona Bruce to be joined by special guests
BBC Question Time will soon be heading to Coventry. It will be filmed at Square One, based at Coventry University, next Thursday (May 23).
Hosted by Fiona Bruce, the topical debate show sees a panel of politicians, journalists and industry experts debate the main political issues of the day, prompted by audience questions. It will be airing on BBC One and BBC iPlayer at 10.40pm on May 23.
It will be the second time Square One has hosted Question Time. Back in 2017, the hit BBC show featured Rob Delaney, Tobias Ellwood, Emily Thornberry, Norman Lamb and Laura Perrins - although the line-up for the show next week is yet to be announced.

Around 140 people will make up the audience for the programme, Coventry University said. Anyone interested in attending and potentially quizzing the panel can apply on Cast It Reach.
Coventry University Provost Ian Dunn said: “Universities are an important forum for debate, discussion, and the exchanging of ideas so to welcome back BBC Question Time, is something we are really excited about. Square One is a fantastic venue which has hosted many important events, such as a live broadcast address by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to students in 2022, and we look forward to seeing Fiona Bruce and the panellists later this month.”
Lauren Joyce, Events Officer at Square One, added: “Here at Square One, we are delighted to welcome BBC Question Time back to our venue this May after a successful visit back in 2017. As a bespoke venue, Square One welcomes events of all varieties.
“I am fortunate to be surrounded by an incredibly skilled and talented team who can bring any event to fruition, and we are delighted to have the opportunity to work alongside the BBC once more and showcase our wonderful venue and its facilities.”
