A festival celebrating the best of beer and gin is returning to a market town this summer.

The Aylsham Beer and Gin Festival will take place from 6pm to 11pm on July 19 and continue into Saturday July 20 from 11am to 11pm.

In previous years the event has hosted a variety of craft beers, bespoke gins and ciders.

This year, the festival is promising a range of food stalls and live music, as well as a vast selection of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

The event is run by the Aylsham Round Table, and all proceeds are reinvested into community projects and local charities.

Last year, prices were £35 for a single-day ticket which included unlimited beer, cider and gin.

Non-drinkers tickets - which gave unlimited soft drinks for one day - were £7.50.

It has not yet been confirmed if the unlimited drinks will be returning this year.

The hosts are still looking for both sponsors and bands to support the event, and are encouraging those who wish to take part to get in touch at aylsham@roundtable.org.uk.
