Belfast city centre traffic disruption expected due to parade, PSNI warn

The PSNI has advised road users of potential traffic disruption in Belfast city centre on Saturday.

This is due to a planned parade in the afternoon of April 27.

The parade is expected to start at 12pm at Writers Square and will proceed along Donegall Street, Royal Avenue, Donegall Place, Donegall Square North and Belfast City Hall.

A PSNI statement added: "It is due to finish at around 2pm and traffic disruption is likely to be expected around the Belfast City Hall area.

"Police officers will be present in order to manage traffic and public safety.

"To avoid potential delays please seek an alternative route for your journey where possible during these times."
