Belfast couple hosting second health and fitness retreat after sell-out debut

A Belfast couple are returning with their second health and fitness retreat after a sell-out debut.

Duo Cory Tipping and Sara Houston of Adapt Retreats are hosting their second instalment which will take place in Wicklow from June 28 to 30, 2024.

This retreat "promises to deliver an even more extraordinary experience, combining wellness, adventure, and transformation in one unforgettable journey".

The pair "are dedicated to transforming lives through health and fitness. With a passion for holistic wellness and years of experience in fitness instruction, they have earned acclaim for their innovative approach to wellbeing".

"Through their retreats, they aim to empower individuals to unlock their full potential and embrace a life of vitality and fulfilment," a spokesperson added.

Participants will embark on 'a holistic wellness experience' curated by Cory and Sara, featuring a diverse range of activities 'designed to nourish the mind, body, and soul'.

Sara has a background in sport from hockey to rugby and having undergone her own weight loss journey. She has now become a foodie and fitness enthusiast, and is also a keen runner and crossfitter, having recently completed her first hyrox.

Cory is a personal trainer and strength conditioning coach. He has over 7 years of industry experience and is also currently training in sports massage therapy.

The Belfast man has a background in high-level sport from rugby at an All-Ireland level to boxing and football. More recently Cory has focused on, trained for and completed marathons, hyrox and CrossFit competitions.

The Adapt Retreats co-founder said: "Our retreat is not just about what happens during the sessions; it's about creating lasting habits and connections that extend beyond the retreat itself.
