Voters across the Belfast East constituency have gone to the polls in the 2024 General Election and the constituency's 2024 MP has been declared.

East Belfast has been an historic unionist stronghold since the constituency was created in 1855 with Alliance Party leader Naomi Long the only non-unionist to win the seat when she defeated the DUP's Peter Robinson - who had been MP for the area for 31 - years back in 2010.

A total of 42,706 votes were cast in Belfast East and it was the DUP leader Gavin Robinson who retained his seat with a total of 19,894 votes.
