Belfast International Airport parking options and prices including long stay, short stay and more

For those heading on a trip departing from Belfast International Airport, you may be wanting to plan ahead and book to park your car for while you're away.

Parking options at the airport include the main car park, long stay, short stay, and Park and Fly.

Each of these options are explained below along with an example price - which may change.

Short Stay Car Park

The short stay car park offers the closest car parking to the airport. It's a 1-2 mins walk to the terminal.

The airport website says: "The short-stay can always be used as a drop-off and pick-up area for passengers and is priced to reflect this. The turn up gate prices are displayed on Entry and prices are subject to change. Always check the tariff boards on entry to car park for the most recent prices."

Otherwise, here are the gate prices per day:

  • Day 1 - £35

  • Day 2 - £70

  • Day 3 - £105

  • Each day after - plus £35 per day

Main Stay Car Park

The airport says that the Main Car park is ideal for business and short break passengers. It's a 2-3 mins walk to the terminal.

The airport website states: "Conveniently situated directly in front of the terminal building with number plate recognition, secure barrier controls and manned 24 hours a day, the Main Car Park is perfect for those passengers wanting to park for a few days at most.

"Huge savings are available when you book online today. Pre-Book to avoid disappointment as we can't always guarantee a space on arrival, especially during peak travel periods.

"If you turn up on the day and park without a pre-booking, you can pay on exit from your chosen car park at the barrier or using any of the available pay stations situated around the Exit hall and Car Parks. The turn up gate prices are displayed on entry and prices are subject to change. Always check tariff boards on entry to car park for the most recent prices."

As an example for two days, from 9am on Monday, June 3, to 9am on Wednesday, June 5, priced on May 10, the total on a 'Main Advanced Saver' rate is £43.17.

Gate rate prices:

  • Day 1 - £35

  • Day 2 - £55

  • Day 3 - £75

  • Each day after - plus £20 per day

Long Stay Car Park

It's situated a short walk away from the terminal. The airport says it's "an ideal solution for stays of over 4 days". It adds that for the best value deals, book online today.

As an example for seven days, from 9am on Monday, June 3, to 9am on Monday, June 10, priced on May 10, the total on an 'Long Stay Advanced Saver' rate is £63.90.

Gate prices:

  • Day 1 - £30

  • Day 2 - £40

  • Day 3 - £50

  • Each day after - plus £10 per day

The airport website adds: "The turn up gate prices are displayed on entry and prices are subject to change. Always check tariff boards on entry to car park for the most recent prices."

Park and Fly

The airport says Park and Fly offers "low cost, secure and convenient car parking", with a minimum stay of 3 days. It offers a shuttle bus to the terminal.

As an example for seven days, from 9am on Monday, June 3, to 9am on Monday, June 10, priced on May 10, the total is £60.73.

Alternative options

Externally, McCausland Airport Parking is located across the road from the airport. It offers a one minute shuttle to the airport terminal.
