From Chrissy Teigen and John Legend to Donald Glover and Michelle White, here's what Hollywood's A-list couples wore for the event on Sunday.

Lauren Sánchez popped in red, while Jeff Bezos added a high-end brooch to his tuxedo.

Lever Couture designed the couple's ensembles for the after-party.

Sánchez's tulle dress had a plunging neckline, voluminous sleeves, and a ruched, semi-sheer skirt, contrasting with the gown's tightly cinched bodice. A diamond necklace and nude, pointed-toe heels completed her look.
