Big Boys gets exciting season 2 update
It's official, Channel 4 has started filming Big Boys season 2.
The main cast, led by Dylan Llewellyn (who plays Jack), alongside Jon Pointing (Danny), Camille Coduri (Peggy), Katy Wix (Jules), Izuka Hoyle (Corinne), Olisa Odele (Yemi), Harriett Webb (Shannon) and Annette Badland (Nanny Bingo) are all back for another installment of heartbreak and shenanigans.
The action itself will follow newly-out Jack and his unlikely friendship with the boisterous student Danny, as they enter their second year at Brent University.

In the upcoming season, the group contends with "virginity hang-ups, drug experimentation (both legal and otherwise) and Jack's obsession with Alison Hammond", while their degrees actually matter this time around.
The synopsis continues: "Jack's family continue to navigate their lives after his dad's passing, beginning just as much of a new chapter as the gang at university. And Danny gets to revisit his past as he learns how to better deal with his mental health issues."
Big Boys creator Jack Rooke said in a statement: "Big Boys will start second year even dafter, sillier and BIGGER than before!

"Fresh from Derry Girls we have pinched Dylan Llewellyn back to play Jack, alongside BAFTA nominee Jon Pointing and recent BAFTA Scotland winner Izuka Hoyle as Danny & Corinne.
"The nations favourite gay icons Camille Coduri and Olisa Odele return to mischief as Peggy and Yemi. We've got more of the hilarious Harriett Webb as party-planning Cousin Shannon with the legendary Annette Badland as Nan Bingo.
He added: "And lastly, as I speak, I am watching Katy Wix in an orange polo shirt with a cheeky VK in one hand and a huge foam finger on the other. It is a dream come true!"
Big Boys returns to Channel 4 later this year.
