Nick Miller, regional director for Spencers, said: “This is a great opportunity for potential buyers to take a look around a number of properties in the areas they’re interested in over one or two weekends, and help them with their decision-making on what they’re really looking for.
"The market in the East Midlands is very active, prices are stable and there is a lot of choice out there – buyers that are serious about moving should strike while the iron’s hot and make the most of this unique viewing opportunity.”
Simon White, area manager for Connells, added: “The reason Open Houses are so effective are because they enable estate agents to show a property to more people in a short amount of time and create a buzz around the property. Our branches have had great success in the past, often helping sellers to achieve a higher price for their property.
"Buyers also like the more relaxed viewing experience and the opportunity to view several houses in one day.”
