Big name London chain to open new Trinity Leeds restaurant
Trinity Leeds will welcome an exciting new restaurant later this year.
Preparations are ongoing for the launch of Honi Poke. The Trinity Leeds restaurant will serve poke bowls.
The new Leeds city centre opening will celebrate the Hawaiian staple. The bowls usually combine protein, usually raw fish, with spring onions, edamame beans, pickled cucumber, sesame seeds and crispy onions.

You can get yellowfin tuna and Scottish salmon, alongside chicken or veggie options, or get creative and make your own bowl. The opening in Leeds will join their venues in London and Manchester.
