After months of anticipation, the long-awaited Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion finally arrived — and it was even more dramatic than we expected.
Viewers had been looking forward to the post-finale cast reunion since early March, when news of the months-long affair between costars Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval first broke, ultimately ending Sandoval's nine-year relationship with girlfriend Ariana Madix.
The three-part special officially kicked off on May 24, and Andy Cohen wasted no time diving right into the “Scandoval” drama. Part 1 opened with Cohen sitting down with Sandoval, Leviss and Madix for separate one-on-one discussions, and the Bravo host didn’t mince words when talking about all the negative attention surrounding the TomTom bar owner.
“It kind of feels like you're the most hated man on television right now,” he told Sandoval.
The reunion marked the first time Sandoval and Leviss faced the larger Vanderpump group after the world learned of their cheating scandal. Due to the restraining order Leviss filed against her costar Scheana Shay, however, she was unable to be in the room for the first part of the reunion and instead watched the drama unfold in a trailer in a parking lot outside the studio. (Leviss accused Shay of punching her during an argument after the affair came to light, though she later filed to drop the protective order and it was dismissed. Shay denied the accusations.)
Madix, wearing a red-hot revenge dress, was joined by fellow cast members Lala Kent, Katie Maloney and James Kennedy to confront Sandoval over his infidelity. Meanwhile, Sandoval sat on the opposite side of Cohen along with Shay, Tom Schwartz and Lisa Vanderpump.
Ahead of the premiere, Cohen promised fans they wouldn’t be disappointed with the conclusion of season 10, telling PEOPLE that viewers would see "retribution" for Sandoval and Leviss's affair.
"I think what people seem to want is for Tom and Raquel to be — they want to see the confrontation between Ariana and all the friends," he shared, "and they will get that."

Tom Sandoval's interest in Raquel started at the beginning of 2022
While their physical affair didn’t start until the summer, Sandoval revealed that Leviss had piqued his interest much earlier.
After Cohen asked him when he first realized he had feelings for Leviss, Sandoval answered, “Honestly, throughout last year, like towards like beginning of the year, I really started to see and get to know who she really was."
He also revealed that the pair first hooked up shortly after Leviss joined several male cast members during a guys' night in August 2022.
"That very next See You Next Tuesday," Sandoval told Cohen of when the affair started. "They were filming. We weren't a part of it. But then a bunch of us went to The Abbey. [We had sex] that night."
Lala accused Tom Sandoval of being "a dangerous human being"
Minutes after Cohen introduced the group at the reunion, the drama was already underway after the host asked Sandoval and Madix about their current living situation.
Sandoval revealed that he was still living in his and Madix's shared Los Angeles home "on and off," prompting Cohen to compare it to Kent's tumultuous relationship with her ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.
"Lala, I know when you and Randall broke up you got out of the house pretty quickly. Do you think it's healthy for these two to be sharing the home now?" he asked, to which Kent responded, "No. Sandoval is Randall. Give it 10 years, he is Randall Emmett. It's absolutely terrifying."
She continued, "That is a f---ing narcissist. Everyone needs to be warned about this person. This is a dangerous human being."
After Vanderpump pushed back on her accusation, Kent doubled down: "He was sleeping next to her. This was his life partner. If you can do that to her, there's something wrong with this person."
Raquel wanted to know why Tom Sandoval didn't come clean to Ariana earlier
Though Sandoval was in the hot seat for most of the reunion, Cohen turned up the temperature even more by asking him the "million-dollar question."
"Sandoval, once you started your relationship with Raquel, why not come clean to Ariana right then?" Cohen pressed.
Sitting in her trailer, Leviss revealed she was also curious about Sandoval's response, saying, "I want him to answer this question."
Sandoval demurred, telling Cohen, "I was obviously scared to. I think also she was going through a lot during that time. And I didn't want to add anything."
Tom Schwartz first learned of the affair in August
Since the cheating scandal broke, fans have wondered how long Sandoval's best friend and business partner Schwartz knew about the affair.
After Cohen asked Schwartz point blank when he first learned of Sandoval and Leviss's hook-up, Schwartz said that he initially only knew that Sandoval had confided in Leviss about the problems in his relationship.
"You pretty much told her everything that you've been telling me. You guys had like a kind of an intimate moment," Schwartz recalled.
Madix chimed in, "When Charlotte's body wasn't even f---in' cold by the way," referring to her dog that died in August.
Schwartz added that he learned of Sandoval and Leviss's first time cheating in "late August after [Shay's] wedding," prompting Sandoval to react with confusion.
Kent then asked, "Oh no, did you not put your timelines together to match?" before the scene flashed to Cohen and Sandoval's sit-down, during which he alleged that he told his TomTom co-founder about the affair in "mid- to late January."
Ariana knew Tom Sandoval cheated on her with "Miami girl" but chose to forgive him
Back in 2015, Sandoval was accused of cheating on Madix at the start of their relationship during a trip to Miami. Sandoval vehemently denied the rumors at the time, and Madix defended her boyfriend.
During the season 10 finale, however, Sandoval revealed that the rumors were true, and he had been unfaithful to Madix with a woman — dubbed "Miami girl" by his Vanderpump costars — while on vacation.
At the reunion, Cohen asked Madix why she had been willing to forgive Sandoval after his first transgression.
"We were not really exclusive at that time," she responded. "And I saw the rest of my life with this person, and I wanted everyone to see the best in him because that's what I saw at the time."
Ariana won't "be as close" with Lisa Vanderpump if she continues to work with Tom Sandoval
After Cohen inquired how Madix and Vanderpump's relationship will be affected if the SUR founder continues her business partnership with Sandoval, Madix answered: "We just won't be as close."
Vanderpump pushed back on her response, asking, "Hold on a second. What do you expect me to do?" to which Madix replied, "I don't expect anything of anyone."
Madix added that she "will have a hard time confiding" in Vanderpump if she stays in business with Sandoval.
Cohen then asked Madix, "Do you think she should pull out of her business?"
"No I think she knows what's best for her," Madix said. "I mean, I'm not someone who's going to be giving Lisa business advice."
Later in the reunion, Kennedy accused Vanderpump of "sticking up for Tom too much" before storming off the set.
Raquel admits she was planning on being "deceitful" with Ariana about the affair

In part 2 of the reunion, Leviss sat down in a one-on-one pre-interview with Cohen, revealing she was planning on lying to Madix about the length of the affair.
"It was a lot of pain that I felt from her,” said Leviss of when she finally spoke to Madix about the affair. “She begged me to tell her when it all happened. And at this point we were going to tell her, we just wanted to get our story straight, basically because he felt like it would hurt her if she knew how long this has been going on."
Cohen interrupted her, asking, “So by getting your story straight, you were going to maybe truncate how long it had been going on or something?” Leviss admitted that was the plan.
She also went on to say she had previously put the "blame" on Madix, saying there were "many signs" that it felt like Madix was purposely ignoring.
“She never pressed about it," Leviss said. "She never confronted me about it. From what I know what Tom has told me, she didn't question him too much about it just believed like at face value what he would tell her.”
“That kind of sounds like you're blaming her,” Cohen replied.
“At the time, I think that was my mindset,” she explained. "And I now know that she really did want to know, and it was very deceitful. I'm very ashamed of it."
Tom Sandoval got aggressive with the producers during private moment with Raquel

Sandoval got frustrated with the producers as he attempted to have a private moment with Leviss.
He asked the producer if he could "chat without having [cameras," to which the producer said, "Cameras up if anyone's together the whole time.”
Sandoval got aggressive and said he and Leviss "needed to take a break." When the producer again said no, Sandoval said he would "flip."
“Dude, no, man. I'm going to f------ flip to get the f--- out of here. I'm not kidding," he said.
“If you need a break from filming, that's fine,” the producer replied, and Sandoval shouted, “I need a break from filming!”
“OK, then go eat some lunch,” the producer said. Sandoval, however, continued to scream, “Stop filming me!"
“I want to talk to her. I don't want to camera in my f------ god d--- face. You're not understanding,” he said. “I don't feel relaxed. [Raquel] doesn't either. We have to watch what we f------ say. I don't want that. I'm in a very delicate position right now.”
Tom Schwartz took a Xanax because he was feeling "stressed"
Before Leviss came out to join the cast while Shay left, Schwartz pulled out a pill bottle and popped something from it.
Sandoval asked him, "What the f--- is that?" to which Schwartz replied, "Xanax. Just a quarter, I'm stressed."
Sandoval responded that Schwartz could have evaded the question, saying, "You know you can tell people it's none of your business? I'm taking my medication."
Schwartz then offered a pill to Madix but she declined.
Andy gave Scheana papers that showed Raquel dropped her restraining order

Since Leviss had to stay 100 yards away from Shay, the responsibility fell on Cohen to deliver Shay the papers stating that Leviss dropped the restraining order she filed after Shay's alleged assault.
Shay had an emotional reaction to the papers, breaking down into tears and sharing how hurt she felt by the restraining order in the first place.
"Having this for the last few weeks — first of all, the betrayal," she said. "Two of my best friends, that is heartbreaking in itself. But then to throw all of this on top of it when I did nothing but take care of her. I gave her a home to live in when she didn't have anywhere to go. I was the sister to her that she didn't have growing up. I did everything for her, and for her to do this to me, it has taken such a toll on me."
In her one-on-one with Cohen, Leviss admitted she regretted filing the order and went through the effort to have it dropped.
"I completely regret filing the restraining order and I've been taking every measure to get it dropped," Leviss said. "I spoke with my lawyer and he was able to file a request to dismiss the court hearing altogether and this is the paperwork showing that for Scheana."
Tom Sandoval and Raquel admitted they're still in love
The #Scandoval saga concluded on June 7 with part 3 of the reunion, and the finale was just as dramatic as viewers expected. Leviss finally left her trailer to join her castmates, and was quickly called out by the group for her actions.
Madix immediately expressed her disgust for the former pageant queen, calling out her “diabolical, demented, disgusting, subhuman” role in the affair.
Cohen later questioned Leviss and Sandoval about why they didn't come clean or end the affair.
Leviss responded, "It was impossible to turn away from."
After Cohen prompted, "You were in love," she responded, "Yes."
The host then asked Sandoval the same question. After a long pause, he answered, "I'm sorry, yes."
Tom Sandoval made a dig about having sex with Ariana
After being repeatedly called out by his costars, Sandoval hit below the belt with a cruel dig about his and Madix's sex life, causing outrage among the group.
Cohen asked Sandoval if he had slept with anyone else since he started his affair with Leviss, to which Madix responded, “You know who he did sleep with after him and Raquel started sleeping together? Me."
Sandoval hit back with a sarcastic reply: “She kept her T-shirt on. It was really hot."
“You’re such a f---ing d---, dude,” Madix responded, while Kent and Kennedy repeatedly told him, “You’re disgusting."
Raquel revealed new details about the timeline of her and Sandoval's affair
The most explosive part of the reunion came during the final minutes, when Leviss sat down for a solo interview with producers days after reuniting with her costars.
“I think it’s important to me to tell the truth,” Leviss said in the interview. “I think that I’ve been lying and so deceitful this entire time that I don’t want to lie anymore and it’s all out there anyway.”
She then revealed several new details about her and Sandoval's affair, including that she had proposed to Sandoval that he and Madix add her as an "addition" to their relationship.
“I love Ariana as a person and I’m in love with Tom Sandoval. It didn’t seem like that far-fetched of an idea, but it was not something in question,” she claimed.
The reality star also clarified the timeline of their relationship, revealing that she and Sandoval had slept together in Mexico while the group was in town for Shay's wedding, despite Sandoval's claims that they'd only hooked up one time.
“[Sandoval] feels like it would be less hurtful to say that this wasn’t going on for so long,” she added.
Leviss further shared that their affair "picked up speed more after we wrapped filming," and that Sandoval's mom "was aware of the situation."
After revealing that Sandoval "asked [her] to not disclose all this information," Leviss seemingly confirmed that she and Sandoval had sex in his and Madix's house while Madix was out of town for her grandmother's funeral.
"I know that the reason why Tom wanted to lie about is because it's a really bad look to hook up with someone's boyfriend in their own house, when they've gone out of town. Especially for a funeral of all things," Leviss said.
She concluded, "I am so sick of lying. I hate it. I hate being deceitful. It's horrible."
