Biker hurt in Abbey Hulton collision
A biker has been hurt in a crash on a main road. Emergency services were called to Abbey Hulton on Saturday night to reports of a collision between a motorbike and a car.
Paramedics say they were called to Leek Road just before 7.35pm on Saturday. It is believed the crash occurred near the junction with Abbots Road.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a collision between a car and a motorbike, one ambulance attended. On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was the motorcyclist. He was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being discharged at the scene."
