Who are Blood and Cheese in House of the Dragon?

In season two, which begins shortly after Aemond killed Luceras, Rhaenyra’s husband (and, um, uncle), Daemon, recruits assassins to carry kill Aemond. So, he entrusts former butcher-turned-guard, nicknamed Blood, and a rat catcher, nicknamed Cheese.

But, these two don’t have much assassination experience and when they enter the Red Keep, they find Helaena, Aegon’s wife (and sister), in a room with her two children, including six-year-old Jaehaerys.

So, Blood and Cheese force Helaena to say at knifepoint which of her children is the oldest son and heir, to which she points at Jaehaerys. So, Blood and Cheese murder Jaehaerys while Helaena flees with her other son to tell her mother, Alicent, what has happened.

Plus, readers will know that this scene was more brutal in the book. We need the next episodes as soon as possible, please!
