Yahoo News BMF renewed before season 3 even premieres
STARZ has announced the renewal of drama series BMF for a fourth season, before season three has even aired.
The opening episode of the hit crime show's third season has landed on the STARZ app today (March 1), before its debut on the channel this evening in the US and Canada.
But ahead of the season three premiere, BMF's future has been confirmed with the early season four renewal.
"Fans can't get enough of the history in the making that is BMF," said Kathyrn Busby, President of Programming for STARZ, in a statement.

"We're thrilled to start working on a new season that will continue bold storytelling of the legend of the Flenory brothers that has proven to resonate so deeply with our viewers."
BMF, executive produced by rapper 50 Cent, will continue to tell the true story of brothers Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory and Terry "Southwest T" Flenory, the founders of the Black Mafia Family – one of the most influential crime families in the US.
Euphoria's Demetrius Flenory Jr plays his own father in the show, alongside Da'Vinchi (All American) who plays Terry, the other central character.
Season three is set in the early '90s, with Meech moving to Atlanta with hopes to grow the BMF empire further and rise to the top of the drug scene in the south.

Also returning for BMF's next instalment are Russell Hornsby, Michole Briana White, Steve Harris, Kelly Hu, La La Anthony, Sydney Mitchell and Laila D Pruitt.
Season three will also host a number of exciting guest stars from the world of music, including Lil Baby, Ne-Yo, Saweetie and 2 Chainz. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey will also play a role in the show.
Last year, BMF's showrunner Heather Zuhlke teased what fans can expect in the new batch of episodes.
"Somatically, all of our characters are in a season of reinvention across the board," she said. "Season three storylines are going to be out of this world."
Season three of BMF premieres on STARZ and the STARZ app on March 1 in US and Canada. A UK release date has not yet been confirmed.
