A body has been found in the search for a Folkestone woman who had been missing for nearly two weeks. Leah Daley had last been seen at The Warren at around 7pm on Sunday, May 5.

The 24-year-old was captured on CCTV in Tontine Street at 3.35pm on the same day, wearing a dark coloured Parka style coat, patterned leggings, Converse style trainers and carrying a black sports backpack, with her hair pinned up in a bun. She was described as around 5ft, 4ins tall, with brown shoulder-length hair and blue eyes.

It was believed that Leah may have been in the Folkestone Harbour area over the Bank Holiday weekend. Police issued multiple appeals to help locate the missing young woman, and the Facebook page "Leah’s Search" was established to help with the investigation.
