Body found after two cars pulled from Cooper River in New Jersey
A body was found inside one of two mud-covered vehicles pulled from the Cooper River in New Jersey.
The unidentified remains were discovered when the cars were yanked up near Cooper River Park in Pennsauken around 3 p.m. Thursday, CBS reported.
The vehicles appeared to be completely covered in mud, but it was not immediately clear how long they had been in the river or how they got there, the report noted.
Teams dressed in white jumpsuits swarmed around both models, while tents appeared to obscure most of the possible evidence.
The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office in investigating the find, CBS said.
