'Boy Meets World' Star Trina McGee's Adult Kids Found Out About Her Pregnancy Online

Trina McGee surprised social media users when she announced her pregnancy, but it threw her kids for an even bigger loop after they discovered the news by the hands of the internet.

In a new interview with interview with People, the “Boy Meets World” alum revealed that her three adult children — Ramia, 31; Langston, 29; and Ezra, 25 — whom she shares with her first husband, actor Courtland Davis, were taken aback after hearing the news through the grapevine earlier this month.

“I put something on Facebook. I didn’t think it was a big deal, and I said, ‘I’ll call the kids later. They’re grown. They have their own lives.’ So I speak to them maybe once a week on Sundays, normally. Now, we’re speaking a lot more,” she recalled.

The “Friday after Next” star went on to reveal that “two of them found out through the media” and “one of them was really pissed.”

“It was just a matter of a couple of hours of a slip,” McGee explained, before noting that everything is “all good now” with her kiddos after the mishap.

“Actually, it jolted us all into really talking and being together,” she added.

McGee, who is expecting her fourth child ― but the first with her current husband of 16 years, Marcello Thedford ― first announced her pregnancy in a June 3 Instagram post.

“At the tender age of 54 I have found myself pregnant,” she wrote at the time. “Please bless us with your prayers for a safe delivery. Thank you.”

The actor’s followers hit up her comments section to celebrate the news of her bundle of joy.

“I am beyond happy for you. Blessing for a great pregnancy and happiness,” one person wrote.

Another commented, “Holy smokes! Big congrats, Trina!.”

“Congratulations!! Praying for safe pregnancy and delivery!,” someone else added.

McGee, who played Angela Moore on the ABC sitcom, “Boy Meets World,” said her former co-stars — Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle and Rider Strong — also showed support over the big news.

“They wished me well. I actually talked to them on a text a couple of weeks before it had become public knowledge, and I had told them, because honestly, it was in passing about something else,” she recalled. “It wasn’t like, ‘I have to announce it,’ although I love announcing it to them. But yeah, they’re great!”

In a separate interview with People, McGee opened up about getting pregnant “completely natural” at the age of 54 and called the experience “wonderful.”

“I just kept saying, ‘Is this really happening?’ I still do that. ‘Is this really happening?’ But it is,” she told the outlet. “Then, I’ll get sick, or I’ll do something weird [and] it has to do with pregnancy.”

She added, “And I’m like, ‘This is really happening.’ And I’m remembering all the other times when I was pregnant, you know, 25 years ago, and I’m like, “Wow, this is it. This is really happening. It’s wonderful. It’s great.’”
