Brewery names Warrington pub ‘going from strength to strength’ pub of the month

A WARRINGTON pub has been named pub of the month by a family-run brewery.

Joseph Holt Brewery says that The Stonemill pub in Orford has been rewarded due to going from strength to strength.

A number of community initiatives have been launched over the past eight months, including dog days and pensioner lunches.

Staff at the venue are also described as being a ‘breath of fresh air’.

Posting on social media, Joseph Holt Brewery said: “This month, we would like to announce The Stonemill in Warrington is our pub of the month.

“Kailey took over The Stonemill about eight months ago, and since then, we have watched the pub go from strength to strength.

“From the promotion of the company locally and via social media to 'heart of the community' drives put in place such as vintage markets, doggy days, pensioners lunches and many more.

“Kailey and her team are a breath of fresh air for the area and for their customers.

“The Stonemill is fully deserving of pub of the month. Congratulations.”
