Bridge Collapse Leaves 1 Injured in Ecuador

A bridge collapsed on Sunday, April 21, in Ecuador’s Canar province, damaging two cars and leaving one person injured, local authorities said.

Footage from the same day showed people rushing to aid those trapped in the cars, which fell with the collapsed bridge and collided.

The injured person was taken to a nearby healthcare facility, authorities said.
