Britney Spears has called out the paparazzi for sharing unflattering images of her while she enjoys a sun-soaked vacation in Hawaii.

The 40-year-old and her fiancé Sam Asghari are currently enjoying a getaway in Maui, and the singer decided to speak out online after spotting unflattering pictures that had been taken by 'horrible' photographers outside of her hotel, telling the photographers: 'please go f*** yourself and leave me alone'.

Alongside a slideshow of images from the trip, the Toxic singer told fans she was doing her best to enjoy the vacation despite the fact she has been feeling unwell for the past couple of weeks.

The Sometimes singer then explained that her mood wasn't being helped by the images she's seen online as she accused the paparazzi of taking images where she had "fat rolls".

Spears wrote: “Paps still show pics of me on the balcony with fat rolls !!!! The media has always been hateful to me.”

She then continued: "I know my body is not perfect by any means but I also know I definitely don’t look like that!!!! Guess I should stay at the gym for 3 hours like Sam does lol"

The Womanizer hitmaker followed up with another post explaining that she has recently lost weight due to a "bug" and did not appreciate images making it look like she was unfit.

The mother-of-two pleaded for photographers to let her enjoy her trip without being hassled as she stated: "If you’re outside my room trying to get another cheap shot of me … please go f*** yourself and leave me alone...

"I should be able to run around naked if I choose to."

The pop star made it clear to fans that she was having a great time in Hawaii but reiterated her desire for the paparazzi to leave her alone.

"I just wish the sneaky paps would f*** off⁣," she wrote, before adding: "Although the paps are horrible, Maui is absolutely pure magic… Thank you dear Jesus for this magical place."

The pop princess has been enjoying her freedom in recent months after her conservatorship was finally wrapped up in late 2021, 13 years after it was set up.

In the weeks that have followed, the US chart-topper has been opening up to her followers on social media about what her life has been like since then.
