Bruno Mars to headline London's Summertime Ball

Bruno Mars has been confirmed as this year's headliner at Capital FM's Summertime Ball in London.

The 24k Magic singer joins an already announced line-up which includes big names like Little Mix, Maroon 5, Stormzy, Rag'n'Bone Man, Niall Horan and Clean Bandit.

"He's got two number one albums and five UK number one singles," Capital FM wrote.

"So you know Bruno's coming to seriously entertain you with his irresistibly catchy pop smashes - so you'd better get practising those dance moves!"

The mini festival will take place at London's Wembley Arena on 10 June and is expecting a full house of 80,000 visitors.

"That was the most intense hour of my life," one fan wrote on Twitter after the tickets sold out in one hour on Thursday morning.

"Got the tickets, though! Decided to get them after hearing Bruno Mars is going!!"

Another wrote: "I think me and mum screamed a bit too loud this morning #BrunoMarsAtCapitalSTB."

The Brit and Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter is currently on his 24k Magic World Tour.

Also featuring in the A-list line-up is Swedish star Zara Larrson, Dua Lipa, US singer Sean Paul and Britain's Anne-Marie.
