Pep Guardiola will be keen to welcome Kevin De Bruyne back for Manchester City's final game of the Premier League season against West Ham.

Both De Bruyne and Ederson were fresh injury concerns during their 2-0 win over Tottenham earlier this week. The latter will play no part at the Etihad or the FA Cup final against Manchester United.

As for De Bruyne, Guardiola said after the game: "Kevin had a kick to the ankle and couldn't run properly." Meanwhile, the Belgium international added: "I think I'm alright, the place in the Achilles is really sore. It felt a little bit like a knife in the moment I had the impact but it's an impact so it's not bad, I'll be alright."

The defending Premier League champions are just one win away from lifting the title for a fourth consecutive season. City moved top of the table and are two points clear of Arsenal following the win over Spurs.

With that said, MEN Sport has taken a look at the latest from the treatment room.

Ederson

Injury: Fractured eye socket.

Ederson is set to miss the remainder of City's season after a collision with Tottenham defender Cristian Romero. He played on for several minutes before eventually being replaced by Stefan Ortega.

Expected return date: Next season.

Kevin De Bruyne

Injury: Ankle.

De Bruyne managed to continue playing against Spurs but appeared to be in discomfort with his foot before being substituted in the second half. There will still be hope, though, that the Belgium international will be fit to feature against West Ham this weekend.

Expected return date: West Ham (H) - May 19.

Nathan Ake

Injury: Unspecified.

He suffered an injury during the win over Fulham earlier this month, where he was substituted in the first half. The defender was part of the matchday squad against Spurs just a few days later, where he was an unused substitute.

Expected return date: Returned.

Jack Grealish

Jack Grealish had missed the 4-0 win over Fulham earlier this month due to illness.

The forward was part of the matchday squad against Spurs on Tuesday night but was an unused substitute. Grealish is expected to be available to face West Ham on the final day of the Premier League season.

Expected return date: Returned.
