A new bubble tea and pancake shop is set to open near Cambridge market. Dessert shop Héfaure will be opening in the former Chopstix Noodle Bar shop on Market Street.

The London-based franchise specialises in Japanese soufflé pancakes and bubble tea. There are currently seven branches of Héfaure across the United Kingdom.

The company website says: "You can choose from various tasty options, including soufflé pancakes, bubble tea, and fruit smoothies. For a delicious twist, try topping your soufflé pancake with cream and brown sugar tapioca pearls, or opt for a matcha red bean soufflé with matcha cream. Héfaure has garnered extensive recognition for its distinct fusion of Taiwanese milk tea and Japanese soufflé pancakes."

Signs in the window of the Cambridge branch said it would be "opening soon". CambridgeshireLive has contacted Héfaure to confirm an opening date.

Héfaure is currently available to be ordered on Deliveroo.
