Buzz Aldrin’s Moonwalk Has Been Carved Into Best Pumpkin You’ll See This Halloween

This pumpkin carving is just out of this world.

The iconic image of Buzz Aldrin walking on the moon in 1969 has been recreated in this astonishing jack-o’-lantern.

Edward Cabral created the amazing food sculpture from a Halloween gourd, according to a Reddit post.

It was snapped by Redditor DankPawt, who then uploaded it online.

“My friend is awesome at carving pumpkins,” the picture was captioned. It’s since gone viral, racking up more than 2 million views.

“Is this really a carved pumpkin? This is amazing,” wrote one commenter, while another added: “If that’s not Photoshop, then my god that’s amazing.”

A third said: “Noooooooo wayyyyy is that a pumpkin carving….

"If it is for real… Your friend is a magician, I’m flabbergasted…completely astound. He’s an awesome artist!!”

However, it’s not the first spectacular pumpkin - or other item - that Cabral has carved.

His website features numerous other weird and wonderful creations he’s made.
