Without wishing to sound all Marie Kondo, January is a really good time to cleanse your wardrobe. Donating old clothes to charity not only does the planet good.. it also frees space to justify more exciting springtime purchases. Plus the post-clearout feeling really does lift the spirits.
Stretch to colour coding your shoes and you'll be on an all time high, promise.

While admittedly shopping is no long term cure, a great purchase is proven to release dopamine in our brains. So why not use all that hibernation time to research and invest in some mood-lifting springtime buys. Rejina Pyo's Nicole jacket, £550 (above) is an excellent place to start (shop it here),.
