Bradley Ford was just 11 years old when he became a sensation in Cadbury's memorable eyebrow wiggle advert. Now at 26, he's opened up about landing the role and proved he's still got the moves, even after 15 years.

The 60-second commercial featured Bradley and his co-star Georgia Wake engaging in an intense eyebrow dance-off to the tune of 'Don't Stop the Rock', quickly turning it into one of the UK's most beloved adverts.

The ad exploded in popularity, amassing four million YouTube views within the first three weeks alone, surpassing the viewership of Cadbury's previous hit advert featuring a gorilla drumming to Phil Collins' 'In the Air Tonight'.

Riding the wave of the advert's success, Bradley recalled being recognised as the "eyebrow kid" for months afterwards. His career post-advert included minor roles in 'Doctor Who', 'Law And Order: UK', and the film 'Gulliver's Travels' alongside Jack Black.

More recently, the now 26 year old has taken to TikTok, where his recreation of the iconic eyebrow manoeuvre has attracted over two million views, reports Bristol Live.

This week, Bradley once again became an internet sensation by replicating the famous eyebrow routine on TikTok, expressing his eagerness to team up with Georgia for a remake. He shared: "I'm still in contact with the girl in the video."

"We don't message that much but we have each other's socials. I'd love to get back together and redo the ad - maybe Cadbury should do a Christmas special! ".

Bradley, a Chelsea-based video editor and painter-decorator, reminisced about his early brush with fame: "I went to a private theatre school when I was younger from about eight years old. They had their own agency and I was sent to loads of auditions. I knew it was for Cadbury but didn't know what I was doing."

"They just said 'wiggle your eyebrows for the camera' - and that was it! Prior to the advert I didn't know I'd be moving my eyebrows, so I didn't know I had an eyebrow talent and it was obviously good enough as I went to four recalls!"

"Before I knew it, I had landed the role. We spent a few days before filming trying to get the certain look to look like school kids - I was only 11 at the time so it was a great opportunity for me."

Adding to his tale, he shared: "At the beginning, they told us to wiggle our eyebrows to the beat of the music. They had points to look at for when we had to turn our heads, but towards the end our faces were completely spasming as they told us to go for it! ".

Despite demonstrating a knack for animated face gymnastics, Bradley coyly sidestepped queries about any post-production wizardry: "I can't spill the beans on if it was edited or not - it's magic", he said with a chuckle.

Post-shoot, Bradley received a bounty of Cadbury treats and a cuddly gorilla echoing the brand's prior ad campaign. He recounts with excitement the surreal experience of catching the commercial's debut.

He recounted: "They did send me a care package of chocolate goodies and treats just under half a metre in length - every kid's dream to be honest! They gave me a gorilla toy from that advert too."

He reminisced about the advert's launch, saying, "If I remember correctly, I knew it was going to be released during a Big Brother ad break and we sat down and waited. I always find when I watch myself back that I cringe out but I've learned to adapt to it! It was surreal though. Loads of people were seeing it. It was bizarre."

"The recognition started coming quickly after that," he continued. "Then I started to get noticed by random people. People would ask if I was the kid from the advert - not anymore! " Bradley revealed his friends still tease him by referring to him as "the Cadbury kid".

He shared: "I don't typically bring it up but my friends always embarrass me! It was an advert in 2009."

"On the personal side, Bradley explained how his past fame inadvertently played a role in his love life. "I actually met my girlfriend, Shannon, through a mutual friend and he ended up spilling the beans to her. She didn't think much of it at the time but now she finds it bizarre!"
