Call 999 if you see missing Cherry Hinton woman, 71

Members of the public are being asked to look out for a missing 71-year-old woman who may appear confused or lost. Police said they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Kate Chikazaza.

She was last seen at 7.30am at her home in Cherry Hinton by her husband. She is described as slim and dark-haired.

Police have released a picture, above.

Cambridgeshire Coinstabulary said: "Police are appealing for the public’s help to find a woman who has gone missing in Cambridge. Kate Chikazaza, 71, was last seen at her home in Cherry Hinton by her husband at 7.30am today (4 July).

"Police are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare and are asking for the public’s help to find her. Kate is described as slim, with dark hair and she may appear confused or lost.

"Anyone who believes they have seen Kate, or has information on her whereabouts, is urged to call police on 999, quoting incident 150 of 4 July."
