Missing man last seen near Morrisons in Street found safe and well

Update: Police have confirmed that Steven has been found safe and well earlier this afternoon (Sunday).

Police in Somerset say they are concerned for the welfare of a 56-year-old man who has gone missing overnight.

The man, who police say is called Steven, was last seen near Morrisons in Street at around 7.15pm on Saturday, May 11, but didn’t go home and hasn’t been seen since.

Steven is described as white, around 6ft tall with dark, greying, medium length hair.

“We are concerned for the 56-year-old,” said a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset police. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black trousers and boots. He is known to frequent the Street and Glastonbury area,” they added.

“If you see Steven, call 999 quoting reference number 5224119944, or call 101 with any other information,” they said.
