A man is wanted by police in connection with failing to appear in court and breaching bail conditions. Alan Jones has links across the county and police are keen to trace where he is.

A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We are appealing for the public's help to locate 42-year-old Alan Jones, who is wanted for failure to appear in court and breach of police bail.

"Jones is described as a white man, around 6ft tall with short brown hair. He has links across Harlow as well as Basildon, Canvey Island and Chelmsford. If you have any information on Alan Jones whereabouts, please contact us.
