Callum O'Hare breaks silence on Coventry City exit amid transfer update

Callum O’Hare has said an emotional goodbye to Coventry City.

The 26-year-old has exited the CBS Arena this summer at the end of his contract with the Sky Blues, having turned down a new deal with the club. It means, after five years at Coventry, he is a free agent.

Writing a message on social media platform X, O’Hare said: “Thank you for everything, taking me in as soon as I came through the door & giving me some of the best moments & memories of my life.

“Thank you for the special connection we created together & singing my song every single game & most importantly thank you for being you.”

The Sky Blues had confirmed his departure earlier this week. “Thank you for everything, Cal. Good luck in your next chapter,” the club said on X.

Several clubs, including Leeds United, Burnley, Southampton, Leicester City and West Ham, have been linked with the player over the last few months.
