All cancelled flights at Manchester Airport following 'major' power cut

Flights have been cancelled following a "major" power cut at Manchester Airport.

In a social media post on Sunday, June 23, the airport said there was "widespread disruption" which was impacting T1 and T2. In an update at around 7.40am a spokesperson said power had been restored but some passengers may find their flights have been cancelled.

It advised passengers due to travel from those terminals to contact their airlines for up-to-date information. Those due to fly from T3 are told to go to the airport as normal, unless advised otherwise by their airline, but could be affected by delays.
