Car Submerged by Floodwaters as Authorities Urge Drivers to Exercise Caution in San Diego

The National Weather Service (NWS) urged drivers to exercise caution as the San Diego Fire-Rescue said it was working to rescue people from the San Diego River on Monday, January 16.

The NWS warned residents to avoid areas near the river and never to cross a flooded roadway.

Footage posted to Twitter by user @Sohnee shows a stuck car partially submerged as water flows over a road in San Diego.
