Car windows smashed in spate of vehicle break-ins in Torbay

There has been a spate of car break-ins in Torbay. Devon and Cornwall Police said several vehicles were smashed during the early hours of Wednesday, July 3.

The break-ins took place in the Chelston area of Torquay as well as Cockington, Paignton and Kingskerswell. Windows were smashed and some items were stolen.

Investigating officers are now appealing for information following the break-ins. They have also issued a reminder to people about preventing vehicle crime.
