Erol Bulut is among the early contenders to take over at Hull City, according to the bookies.

The Cardiff City boss is facing an uncertain future, with his contract in the capital up this summer, and several sides have already been linked with a possible move.

Cardiff owner Vincent Tan has already agreed for negotiations to start over a new contract, but an agreement hasn't yet been reached.

Bulut is believed to be keen on reassurances on both the length of his contract as well as a possible transfer budget.

Greek giants Panathinaikos and Turkish side Besiktas have both been tipped as possible alternatives, and the bookies now believe Hull could yet be another potential destination.

The Tigers are on the hunt for a new manager after parting ways with Liam Rosenior, and Bulut is priced at 5/1 to make the move to Humberside.

Former Swansea City boss Steve Cooper is currently the favourite at 5/2, while Danny Rohl and Will Still are just ahead of Bulut at 4/1.
