Marisha Wallace has found out she's been nominated for an Olivier Award in the latest episode of Celebrity Big Brother.

Big Brother had kept a pretty big secret from Marisha these past few days, leaving the stage actress in the dark about her Olivier nod for her role in Guys and Dolls.

Reversing their initial decision, producers chose to share the news with Marisha during tonight's (March 14) Fun Fair segment. As the contestants were celebrating being halfway through their CBB adventure, Marisha was called to discover her future, picking a prediction sphere from a fortune telling machine.

"There are exciting things ahead," the message teased, revealing Marisha will attend the Olivier Awards on April 14 as a nominee in the Best Actress in a Musical category.

The actress immediately burst into tears surrounded by her housemates who were hugging and cheering her on.

This is Marisha's second Olivier nomination following her nod for Best Supporting Actress in Oklahoma! in 2017.

The wholesome moment resonated with viewers, who took to Twitter/X to celebrate Marisha.

"What a FAB moment," one person wrote, while another commented: "Not me crying my eyes out at Marisha finding out she’s been nominated for an Olivier award".

"Marisha the only girl deserving of last woman standing," was another comment. "congrats on her Olivier Award nom!"

Earlier in the episode, it was revealed that Marisha didn't have the most glamorous start to the week.

She and Louis Walsh were punished for breaking the rules and discussing nominations, a violation that resulted in the pop music manager being forced to do the washing up and set the table for his housemates, aided by Marisha.

Later on, an argument with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu clouded Marisha's excitement about the Olivier Awards. The two women had a disagreement when the actress nominated the Love Island winner who, in turn, accused the musical star of being "fake".

Marisha's apologies did little to convince Ekin-Su her nomination didn't come from a malicious place as the Islander insisted she was "hurt" and needed some space.

Celebrity Big Brother airs Sundays through Fridays at 9pm on ITV1 and the ITV Hub, followed by Late & Live on ITV2 immediately following each new episode.
