'Celebrity MasterChef' 2021: Katie Price and 'Strictly' pro Johannes Radebe among line-up

Katie Price, Happy Mondays star Bez and Strictly pro Johannes Radebe have been confirmed for the line-up of the upcoming series of Celebrity MasterChef.
Other stars joining them in the competition include actor Su Pollard, Blue's Duncan James, presenter Joe Swash, comedian Munya Chawawa and Sewing Bee judge Patrick Grant.
Gregg Wallace and John Torode will be back to front the contest while chefs including Tom Kerridge, Nisha Katona, Nieves Barragan Mohacho and more appear as special guest judges.

The line-up also includes Britain’s Got Talent finalist and comedian Nabil Abdulrashid Melanie Sykes, former EastEnders star Rita Simons, reality TV star Megan McKenna and Penny Lancaster.

Ex-England footballer and presenter Dion Dublin will also be heading into the kitchen along with The Repair Shop’s Will Kirk and journalist and author Gavin Esler.
Other competitors include Paralympic champion Kadeena Cox, Love Island winner Kem Cetinay and actors Melissa Johns and Michelle Collins.
Series editor Katie Attwood said: “This year’s line-up promises a huge amount of humour and entertainment.
"Lockdown has proved productive for our famous faces’ culinary skills and we are set to see some exceptional talent and astonishing dishes as the celebrities swap their day jobs for a spot in the MasterChef kitchen.”

Sarah Clay, commissioning editor for the BBC, said: “Celebrity MasterChef is one the highlights of the British summertime schedule and this series is as entertaining and charming as ever.
“The 20 brave celebrities are joined by a host of chefs at the top of their game in brand new tasks which makes this year feel extra special. The standard of cooking is like nothing we have seen before.”
Some stars shared news of their involvement in the show to social media on Thursday, with Price jesting: "It has been said that I could burn a cup of tea....this should be interesting."
Meanwhile, Radebe posted: "'Foxtrotting into the firing line' mama will be proud."
The winner of last year's Celebrity MasterChef series was Irish-Iraqi broadcaster and YouTube star Riyadh Khalaf.
