Central Greece Hit by Flooding From Storm Elias

Storm Elias brought heavy rain to central and southern Greece on Wednesday, September 27, including areas badly hit by flooding less than a month ago.

The Greek Emergency Services issued traffic bans for several regions across the country, “due to the development of dangerous weather phenomena.”

Footage here was posted by the Greek police, who said it was taken in an unspecified location in the Thessaly region.
