Couples and their families will have the chance to check out one of Suffolk’s newest wedding venues at an open day this month.

Branches Park wedding venue in Cowlinge, Suffolk, is opening its doors on Sunday, July 14 for its first open day event.

It is an ideal opportunity for couples and their families to tour the venue and grounds, seeing it dressed beautifully with flowers, furniture and lighting by local suppliers – exactly as it would be on a wedding day!

Visitors will be met with a glass of bubbly and delicious canapes to sample as they make their way around the venue.

Wedding planners will be on hand to answer any questions people may have, along with the catering and bar team.

Viewing slots are available to reserve throughout the day at a convenient time, where guests can receive a tour of the venue and estate, guided by a member of the knowledgeable viewings team.

The venue consists of beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, a majestic barn for receptions, and a sociable outdoor courtyard that’s perfect for drinks in the sunshine.

There is also 1,500 acres of land within the estate, as well as a teepee tent and wood-fired hot tub for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Opposite the main venue is the Pond Barn, Branches Park’s impressive accommodation. The Pond Barn is a charming rural retreat perched by the waterside – a place to bring people together to celebrate, dine and relax throughout your wedding.

Sleeping 10 people, the interiors are laidback and luxurious, with sink-into sofas for post wedding relaxation, king-size beds and finishing touches courtesy of some of Suffolk’s finest artists and craftspeople.

Branches Park is working alongside a team of specialists with a shared goal of restoring the parkland back to its former glory, with naturally regenerated and rewilded gardens, and secluded woodlands.

The venue is set on the future too – improving the estate for generations to come through a focus on sustainability that has informed its use of building materials, seasonal menus and community of local craftspeople, artists and makers.

Branches Park has capacity for 150 day guests and 200 for an evening reception, and all wedding packages include access to a dedicated wedding planner who will assist throughout the planning process, as well as coordinating the entire day itself.

Weddings at Branches Park are run by Unique Norfolk Venues (UNV), which has hosted weddings across its portfolio of luxury venues for over 10 years.

This level of expertise and knowledge allows it to create a seamless and perfect wedding experience for its valued clients. Packages include full catering, welcome and toast drinks, a dedicated wedding planner, full staffing and much more.
