An X-rated error on Sunday Brunch left host Tim Lovejoy red-faced - and guest Sue Perkins was quick to voice her disapproval. Tim was joined by his co-presenter Simon Rimmer and guests Jess Glynne, Sophie Thompson, Josh Widdicombe, Sue Perkins and Jason Fox from SAS: Who Dares Wins when he made the embarrassing faux pas on the Channel 4 show.

During a segment, Tim congratulated SAS star Jason Fox on his recent marriage, inquiring if he had enjoyed it. Jason fondly disclosed his wedding took place in London and he celebrated his honeymoon in Jordan.

However, awkwardness ensued when Tim asked an unintentionally personal question about Jason's "on holiday" antics, forgetting he was referring to a honeymoon. A grinning Jason rectified him saying, "It was my honeymoon."

This sparked fits of laughter in the studio as comedy presenter Sue Perkins chimed in dismissively, "Come on guys, not while I'm eating! " A clearly embarrassed Tim proclaimed it was time to "move on".

The show saw chef Max Halley, owner of cult London business Max's Sandwich Shop, cook up a 'really silly' dish. Tim's co-host Simon said the caramelized banana hot dog sandwich was 'bonkers'.

The banana was carmalised in sugar, before bourbon, butter and salt was added. Pinapple cubes were added all down the banana 'sausage' before it was all placed in a brioche hot dog bun. Max said: "This is probably the silliest sandwich in the book but I wanted to show a) how far you can push the definition of a sandwich, and b) it's fun."
