Chilean Police Find Stolen Trucks in 'the Middle of the Desert'

Police in the Antofagasta region of Chile found two stolen trucks in “the middle of the desert,” footage published on June 10 showed.

Antofagasta police said the rate of recovery of stolen vehicles in the region had increased by 41.9 percent from 2023, with police returning more than 200 stolen vehicles to their owners.
