Christine McGuinness claims sex life is 'depressing' following split from Paddy
Christine McGuinness opened up on the intimate details of her life as a single mum-of-three since her split with ex-husband Paddy McGuinness. She claims her sex life is now 'depressing'.
The 36-year-old model and TV star explained she can't even remember the last time she had been intimate. However despite, the 'dry spell' in the bedroom, Christine reveals she is quite happily staying single for now.
Dating isn't easy for her or Paddy, as the former couple still live together in their Cheshire family home, for the sake of co-parenting their kids who all have autism. They both warn potential love interests that its their priority, which can present challenges in romance.
Christine, prioritising herself and her young kids, said according reports OK!: "It's just where I am at in my life right now: I want to focus on me. I'm also quite realistic about what I can and can't do. I don't want to put myself in a position where I'm spending time with someone and it may develop into a relationship and I'm not quite ready for that."
She continued: "I met my ex-husband when I was 19. I've been separated for two years and never had time for myself. I'm not in a big rush."
The TV star explained previously: "If someone didn't know our situation and came to our house and they spent the day with us, they would not have a clue [we were not together]. We get on well, we live together and co-parent. We get the lawyers back and forth but that's separate - that's a different thing."
Meanwhile, Paddy, 50, has expressed his interest to dating again despite living under the same roof with his former wife. However, much like Christine, he is happy living the single life.

He told the Mirror: "I tried a couple of dates last year. After twelve months of adjusting to life on my own, I felt I should give it a try rather than really wanting to. For now, I'm happy being single."
Last year, Christine opened up during a candid chat with Vicky Pattison on her podcast, as she explained Paddy has been open about his dating life. She said: "We talk an awful lot and we're very open. He has said to me when he's been going on a date."
Paddy and Christine spent Christmas together to make it special for their three kids. Christine told Closer: "Of course me and Paddy will be spending Christmas together because we still live in the same house.
"I think we've got to move on, but for now it works for the children. We both go in and out and we've got a schedule we try to stick to and a routine for the kids."
She added: "The one thing we agree on more than anything is that we just want what's best for our children, and that's to be a good mum and dad."
